ToyMania V2.7 windows installer patch.

Hi guys. I just fixed the windows installer for this game. Your settings and other game stats should now be able to save itself to the proper locations found in AppData/Roaming/tsatria03/ToyMania/data/saves, or AppData/Roaming/tsatria03/ToyMania/data/stats. I also created a portable version of this game in the downloads section of my game for those who don’t want to directly install it otherwise.

That’s all for now. I’ll let you guys know of any other changes I make to this game or the distribution process for it.
